The staff was always nice to me, but whenever something happens, they tend to make the situation look much worse than it is. I ordered "Fanta Grape" once, and what was supposed to be a purple, fizzy drink was actually bland, clear, fizzy water. The manager needs to look into this.

Ordered the Meltz Buddy Meal, but didn't receive any Meltz! The à la carte Meltz cost $8.25, but I was given a token worth $3. HAH! Their math doesn't add up! I was very disappointed and felt cheated!

I ordered a Zinger Box, and the crispy drumstick was tiny, about the size of my finger. The quality at KFC has dropped significantly. It's no longer worth the price.

Always check your order upon receiving your KFC order in Singapore. I ordered a 3-piece meal (original recipe for children) but received hot and crispy instead! This isn't the first time KFC has mixed up customer orders, with either missing or incorrect items. Terrible! KFC management, you seriously need to acknowledge this issue and review the work processes for all KFC Singapore locations.
