D'Pixies Nails is located at Canberra Plaza, #02-08. Their phone number is 69708477.
This outlet has five mani-pedi chairs and a room for eyebrow embroidery and eyelash extensions.
They provide excellent, quality service from experienced manicurists, and the price is reasonable. Thumbs up!
Visited this store, thinking it was under the Pixie chain (it’s not), but decided to get an express gel manicure anyway. I was very well taken care of by Felicia, who was sweet and detailed. You could tell she enjoys her job and is passionate about making the nail designs as pretty as possible.
I got a gel pedicure here and then came back for a classic pedicure. They still wanted to charge me for a soak-off. The nail tech recognized my previous set but insisted on charging me an extra $10, even though the soak-off should have been part of the classic pedicure. Bye, I won't be back.
Very upset. I came twice before, and it was full, which I understand. I came today at 11:30 AM, and it was still full, so I verbally booked for 1:30 PM, and both staff members said okay. They asked for my number, but I told them I was just going next door for a massage and would come straight back. I returned at 1:30 PM after my massage, and they took another 1:30 PM appointment and told me to come at 4:00 PM. What is this!? By this time, it was my third visit, and I didn't get my nails done. Very disappointed, and the way they explained it to me was dismissive and indifferent.
I have been here several times over the past year or more. My nails always look great, and my time is valued. By asking me to come back at a later time, they prevent wasted time. Usually, though, I can walk right in, and they work quickly. Everyone is always very sweet.
I just bought a rice ball today around 7:07 from the skinny lady, who sounded like she was either Indonesian or Chinese. The moment I arrived, she was cleaning the pancake section. When I said hi to her, she gave off an attitude or a vibe like she didn't want me there. She just said, "*Order*," so I told her I wanted a rice ball with all peanut filling. She remained silent and made the order. After she rudely cashed me out, I asked her, "*All peanut, right?*" She then rudely said, "You want mixed? Otherwise, I will change it." I said okay, please change it. After she changed the order angrily, she threw my spoon inside the plastic bag without a "sorry" or "thank you." Very bad service.
Nonsense service with staff who don't know what they're doing. "We keyed it in already, cannot cancel" ... Seriously? With today's computer systems? "PayNow went through on your side, but our system didn't receive it. You need to pay again."
"I don't know why people give such a low rating. The service was alright. I bought soybean ice cream, which was very nice. I ate it before I could take a picture. For $2.10, I think it's worth it."
