Opening hours are listed as 10:15 am on Saturdays, but the shop wasn't open. Sometimes they open well after the stated hours. Don't bother collecting parcels from this unreliable shop. "Lun, are you not aware it's supposed to open at 10:15 am on weekends?"

Excellent service by their staff! Siva is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Quite a few times when I've visited their shop, I've heard Siva guiding elderly customers about the phone plans they offer. If anyone wants to get phone accessories or a SIM card, this is the right place to go!

Firstly, the employee working there, whose name is Zhide, deserves praise for his kind actions. My grandma, who didn't know how to buy a SIM card, went there to get one. He not only patiently helped her, but also explained all the useful information, such as how many GBs she needed, and even helped her set up the SIM card. Thank you on behalf of my grandma.

I always visit this drop-off point for seller drop-offs. The staff, especially the friendly and helpful lady (I believe her name is Siva), are great. So far, I have no complaints. Their break times are also during non-peak hours, and the location is convenient.

Thanks to the friendly staff – pardon me, but it was a young Indian lady – I was able to find what I wanted quickly. Good price, too!

We've been dropping parcels as a seller at this place for many years, since it first opened. As a seller, time is money, and accountability is very important. We've been working well with the staff, especially Siva, even though she's only been working there for about a year. She is efficient and knowledgeable when approached for advice. We look forward to working with her and the place for years to come!

Premium SG used to be my go-to drop-off point for my Shopee/Ninja orders when the larger Chinese man was working there. After they switched to the Indian lady, their service level dropped. She lacked professionalism and asked me to scan my own parcels (I have at least 50 parcels per drop-off), even though they get paid per order scanned. If I asked her to scan my parcel, she would do so unwillingly, throwing the parcels and overall showing poor customer service. Nowadays, I drop off my parcels at the shop next door, SIMBA; they are more friendly and will happily scan your parcels for you.

I ordered the Char Siu spicy miso ramen. As someone who loves ramen, this ramen isn't bad, but it's not the best either. Eating this ramen made me feel very cozy and warm, but what I didn't like about it is that it wasn't spicy enough. As a spice lover, my go-to ramen option is always the spicy one. Though the broth not being spicy wasn't a huge disappointment to me, I thought it was very rich and flavorful. However, for this price, there are better ramen options out there. If the spicy miso ramen were spicier, I would really love it. Side note: I added a lot of the spice powder, but it wasn't spicy at all.
