I have been to Starbucks numerous times, and today I was totally wowed by Terence at Canberra Plaza. He’s proactive! He offered my 3-year-old a babycino without me even asking, while I was still deciding on my food. He was also honest when I told him I needed a single-shot latte; he did not offer me a grande size immediately, instead asking me which size I preferred. Food and drinks were served at the perfect temperature. The area is spacious enough to manoeuvre with a stroller, too.

The barista was very friendly! The breakfast set was really nice too!

This Starbucks branch at Canberra Plaza has very open seating. I ordered the Toffee Nut Christmas Coffee drink to go. The consistency of the coffee drinks is good across all Starbucks branches, including this one. The Christmas cake is good but pricey. Overall, it's good to enjoy a Christmas coffee and cake every year-end.

The taste does not remain consistent and is sometimes extremely bitter. I won't go to this store, as it's not the only one right in front of my house. The atmosphere is good, but there are not enough seats.

I come to this Starbucks pretty often, but I've never felt more special than today! Isryad (I hope I didn't get his name wrong, and I think he might be quite new here too) is such a lovely person. He has such high energy and spotted that it's my birthday month on my card and wished me happy birthday. When I told him that today was the actual day, he surprised me with a card! The other Starbucks I went to recently didn't say anything. Thank you for making my morning! ❤️

All aspects of the outlet were as per usual Starbucks standards. However, a certain male staff member was overly aggressive, confrontational, and disrespectful towards us. We will not patronize this outlet again.

I would like to compliment both Aliyah and Ishyad for promptly fulfilling my requests. I had four voucher packs/rewards which I redeemed today. Although Aliyah seemed a little stressed out from the orders, Ishyad stepped in and completed the transactions smoothly. All the orders were accurate despite my confusion with one of them. When they gave me the cups, they even wrote some niceties with smileys, and Aliyah even apologized for the earlier confusion, which I assured her was fine. So, kudos to both staff members for their professionalism.

Vegan with Egg? I normally hang out at the Starbucks at Canberra Plaza. I love the place and the service. The staff are extremely professional. Last week, I was early and wanted to have a bite. I told them I was a vegetarian, and they recommended the vegan wrap. After taking the first bite, there was a huge strip of eggs. I was surprised Starbucks didn't know the difference between vegan and ovo-vegetarian. Nevertheless, this did not alter my perception of the place, and I will continue to visit.

On May 17, 2023, I saw a medium-sized cockroach walking behind the blender. On May 24, I once again spotted a medium-sized cockroach. I'm not sure if it's the same one from May 17. It was standing on top of the powder container. A female staff member tried to use a towel to push the cockroach away. You know what? My cup was right next to the powder container... I'm done!

Staff is friendly, drinks are well presented, and the place is clean and tidy. A good place to relax and have drinks. 😋😋😋
