I ordered a Zinger Box, and the crispy drumstick was tiny, just the size of my finger. The quality at KFC has dropped significantly, and it's no longer worth the price.

Ordered the Meltz buddy meal, but it didn't include a Meltz! An à la carte Meltz costs $8.25, but I was given a $3 token. HAH! Their math isn't adding up! Very disappointed and felt cheated!

Very pleasant. I felt very welcomed there, the staff are very nice and polite, and the service was fast. The food was also tasty and hot. My favorite is the BBQ pocket box; the crispy chicken is very flavorful. Overall, I really liked my experience there and strongly recommend going there. :))

The staff was always nice to me, but whenever something happens, they tend to make the situation seem much worse than it is. I ordered "Fanta Grape" once, and what was supposed to be a purple, fizzy drink was actually a bland, clear, fizzy water. The manager needs to look into this.

I waited 30 minutes for my order of a 3-piece original recipe chicken meal. I've never encountered a KFC with such slow service. I recommend changing the management personnel of this store. The two counter staff looked so lost and didn't seem to know how to handle the customers. There was also no manager or team leader in sight. The kitchen staff looked like they didn't know where the original recipe chicken was. Everyone behind the counter was just standing around. Please improve. I appreciate the attempt at service recovery by upgrading my coleslaw to large, though.

Always check your order upon receiving your KFC order in Singapore. I ordered a 3-piece meal original recipe (for children) but received hot and crispy instead! This isn't the first time KFC has mixed up customer orders, whether missing items or wrong items. Terrible! KFC management, you seriously need to acknowledge this issue and review the work processes for the whole of KFC Singapore.
