It seems they have a separate queue for parcels now, but everyone else coming in for device consultations still queues. They also never manage the separation properly, so there's now an extra queue for collections, but everything is slow because of all the people asking questions. I can literally see my parcel (a 30-minute wait, by the way). The management is very poor, and this has been going on for so long without much improvement.

The staff at work have a bad attitude. There are no procedures for handling things. If you want to pick up a package, you must leave it there. It's a waste of time. Basic courtesy isn't respected!

A warning to all: Do not choose this as a service point for Shopee collection. The queue is very long (you must wait a long time). A queue this long doesn't make sense for this collection point. Unless they have a separate counter for delivery collection, I won't consider using this location again.

Would not recommend collecting Shopee parcels here. Just spend the extra money for home delivery, lol. The staff here cannot be bothered. I know it’s not their main business, but I don’t think they should be collecting commission from Shopee if they're not going to help.

Do not collect Shopee parcels here. Honestly, I think they try to be as slow as possible so that people will just leave. In 5 minutes, there's a queue of 10-20 people because of how purposely slow they are, which is frustrating. Staff will purposely slow down, pretending to do things for other people so they can avoid helping.

The staff there are quite rude, and the way they arrange their parcels is messy and untidy. They don't even have a separate queue for parcel collection, resulting in a very long queue.

"Poor management and poor service. They haven't been selling margarine in this outlet for the past month, supposedly because it's a small outlet. However, white bread and kaya are always available. I think the margarine is a controlled item."
Ah Huat
This relatively new outlet has a great selection of baked goods and other products that you might not find in their other locations. Their items with cream cheese are my favorite. Recently, however, I've been seeing some flies hovering around and landing on the food that isn't in plastic packaging. I hope the management will look into this and get rid of the flies.
