Poor management, poor service. No margarine has been available in this outlet for the past month, reportedly because it's a small outlet. Yet, white bread and kaya are always available. I think the margarine is a control item.

The cashier should be more attentive. The sign for where to queue should be made clearer to customers. I still had to remind her that the aunty cut the queue!

I love the ONDEH ONDEH cake slice. The slight bitterness of the brown centre complements the saltiness of the coconut flakes and sweetness of the green pandan rim seamlessly. Will be back for more.

The cakes and bread are very sweet nowadays at this outlet. Please check the reason for this.

Much more expensive than other Swee Heng locations.

I'm a new resident in the North area, so I picked this place as a Shopee collection point. After reading the reviews, I was mentally prepared for bad service. Surprisingly, I collected my parcels twice today, and I didn't face any issues. At 11:30 a.m., there was no queue, so I immediately got my parcel. At 5:30 p.m., there was a queue, but I saw at least 6 staff working, so I got my parcel within 10 minutes. So I'm guessing feedback was taken, and they are doing something about it.

The staff there were quite rude, and the way they arranged their parcels was so messy and untidy. They don't even have a separate queue for parcel collection, resulting in a very long queue.

It seems they now have a separate queue for parcels, but people coming in for device consultations still queue there anyway. They also never manage the separation, so there's now an extra queue for collection. However, everything is slow because of all the people asking dumb questions, while I can literally see my parcel (I once waited 30 minutes for a single parcel). This is very poor management, and it's been going on for so long without them doing much about it.
