Do not collect Shopee parcels here. I honestly think they are trying to be as slow as possible so that people will just leave. Within 5 minutes, there's a queue of 10-20 people because of how purposely slow they are, seemingly just to piss people off. Staff will purposely slow down, pretending to do things for other people so they can avoid helping others.

Would not recommend collecting a Shopee parcel here. Just spend the extra money for home delivery. The staff here cannot be bothered. I know that it’s not their main business, but I don’t think they should be collecting commission from Shopee if they’re not even going to help.

A warning to all: Do not choose this as a service point for Shopee collection, because of the extremely long queues (you will have to wait so long). A queue this long does not make sense for choosing this location at all. Unless they have a separate counter for delivery collection, I won't consider coming here again.

No separate counter for parcel collection. Staff were busy chatting, but still made me queue and wait. I waited nearly an hour for one parcel. 😤

Never deal with this shop! Especially when it comes to paying or purchasing. Very dishonest!

The staff have a bad attitude. There is no procedure at all for handling things. If you want to pick up a package, you must leave it here. It is a waste of time. Basic courtesy is not respected!

Coach Zong Lin is exceptional in handling young children. He balances kindness and patience with a firm approach to class rules and boundaries, creating an environment where kids feel both supported and motivated. His methods are perfectly age-appropriate, making the sessions engaging and enjoyable. My 4-year-old always looks forward to attending his classes. The setup of the studio also offers peace of mind, as parents can observe the class through a glass window. It's great to be able to see how the children are progressing and know they’re in a safe and structured environment. Highly recommend!

Both my son and daughter have been with Kickmatics since late October 2023. It has been a wonderful experience, and my kids always look forward to their weekly class. In my daughter’s own words, “Taekwondo is more fun than Ballet!” In a short span of 6 months, my daughter was selected to participate in the recent National School Games 2024. Lots of sweat (and tears) were shed during the training and right up to the competition day. Nonetheless, it all paid off when my daughter stepped onto the podium, clinching gold in her colour belt category. A big thank you to both Coach Ashley and Coach Zong Lin for always being there with my daughter every step of the way. This has also inspired my son to give his best effort in every training session he attends. Kickmatics provides a great environment and learning experience for every budding Taekwondo enthusiast!

Attending Taekwondo classes **has** been an incredible experience for my daughter! Coach Zong Lin is extremely engaging and **creates** a positive learning environment for everyone. Also, it is easy to arrange for **make-up** lessons. I highly recommend parents **send** their kids to Kickmatics Taekwondo!

I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to learn Taekwondo 🥋 in a professional yet friendly and fun environment. Both my kids have been training at Kickmatic for about 4 months now, and I can confidently say it's been an incredible experience. The instruction here is excellent. Coach Zong Lin is incredibly passionate about teaching Taekwondo. Coach Ashley is very friendly and helpful with administrative procedures and occasional coaching. The learning environment is fantastic. Classes are well-structured, challenging yet fun, and cater to students of all skill levels. What I appreciate the most is the personalized attention given to each student. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, the coaches take the time to understand your strengths and areas for improvement, providing tailored guidance accordingly.
