Ate at the western stall. They use zig zag (that's how I call it) fries. Crispy on the outside and cooked nicely inside. They use chicken thigh meat. Skin was crispy, and the meat was not overly cooked. The taste is just nice. I opted out of the sauce, and it was already quite savory. So, for those with heavier taste buds, ask for sauce to be drizzled. $8 for a chop is normal in a shopping context. It's air-conditioned and clean. I would eat here again if I'm in the area.
