I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the management. The manager seemed unwilling to listen to the concerns I raised and kept redirecting the conversation to her staff, constantly blaming them instead of addressing the issue. This made the entire interaction feel unproductive and frustrating. I wasted my time traveling here for nothing, and in the end, nothing was resolved. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

My husband had the worst eyebrow trim ever. He wanted straight brows but got arched ones. He used to have thick brows, and now they looked horrible. You can look at the photo and judge for yourself. It doesn’t take a professional to see that the brows are badly done. I was considering getting facials here before, but thank God my husband took the bullet. The beautician obviously has no aesthetic sense.

The staff is very helpful and will explain the product's use professionally and patiently. My skin is prone to dry acne, so I personally recommend signing up for a package. After one treatment, my acne has improved a lot.

"Went for a Bojin eye treatment. I really like the care provided by Janice. It really helps make my eyes feel more refreshed. She also provides good advice for my face and skin, and I would recommend coming here. It's a very small shop, and I really like the peace and atmosphere!"

I recently had a facial treatment at Celmonze The Signature branch at Canberra and was attended to by a kind beautician, Sim Yee. From start to finish, I felt incredibly comfortable and at ease. Sim Yee took the time to understand my skin concerns and provided valuable recommendations without any pressure. Her genuine care and expertise made me feel like I was in the hands of a trusted friend. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely consider a return visit. Highly recommended!
