Freshly fried dough fritters and carrot cake were hot and tasty.

Here's an edited version: "First time trying it. Food was all cold and bland. Service staff even put both items into one bag instead of two."

Here's the lightly edited review: "Usually, the food quality and experience are okay. But today was just unpleasant. I went to buy Rojak You Tiao, and the lady said it was the last one. I said okay. So she packed it for me, gave me my food. Then I passed her $4, and she said she didn't have $1 change. She insisted I had the change, or told me to go to 7-Eleven for it. I was like, 'What?' I asked, 'What if I had $10? Could you give me back $7?' I saw she had a $5 and $2 in the register. She said no. I asked, 'Can I pay by NETS?' She said everything was already closed. What bullcrap is this?! Luckily, the senior lady staff told her to just return the $1, which she actually had in the cash register. What a waste of time. To make matters worse, the Rojak was cold, hard, and unpleasant to eat. Sad. A super sad supper for me."

Here's the edited review: Bought the you tiao this morning. It's so tough. It needs to be dipped in coffee, otherwise it's difficult to chew. I'm disappointed it's still the same after feedback.

They dug through the you tiaos to sell the worst-looking, dry, and shrivelled ones. Nasty.

Terrible service, and the fried dough rojak was like cold, hard rock, which I believe had been refried. The sauce was pre-packaged for DIY mixing instead of being prepared in-store. They skimp on their food quality, yet they keep increasing their prices.

I went to collect my item. Very disappointed, I was unable to collect it because the staff mentioned they were very busy and unable to deep fry pumpkin crackers. It was a total waste of my money and bus trip to go there. 👎😡

I asked for freshly fried dough sticks and was given cold fried dough sticks. They said they were the same as the ones already inside. 🙄🙄🙄🙄…
