Very upset. I came twice prior, and it was full, which I understand. I came today at 11:30 AM, and it was still full, so I verbally booked for 1:30 PM, and both staff members said okay. They asked me to leave my number, but I told them I was just going next door for a massage, after which I would come straight back. I came at 1:30 PM after my massage, and they had taken another 1:30 PM appointment and told me to come at 4:00 PM. What is this!? By this time, it was my third time coming, and I didn't get to get my nails done. I'm very disappointed, and the way they explained it to me was very dismissive and indifferent.

I have been here several times over the past year or more. My nails always look great, and my time is valued. By asking me to come back at a later time, they prevent my wasted time. Usually, however, I can walk right in, and they work quickly. Everyone is always very sweet.

Staff are wonderful and polite, but the lady boss is something else. She sweet-talks you into buying a package, but after that, she is unreasonable and rude. With these prices, you're better off going to Far East Plaza or Bugis.

My first visit was excellent; they treated me so well. However, my second visit was a great disappointment.
During my first visit, they treated me so well that I decided to purchase a package. The second time, I called and made an appointment. I couldn't make it, so I called to inform them. Later that same day, I made another appointment. The lady called me to check if I was coming, and I told her I was already in the cab.
When I arrived, the lady asked me to come back at 6:00 PM because they were already serving walk-in customers. Although I had informed them I was on my way for my professional appointment, I was told to wait. I demanded to speak to the boss. The lady spoke to him and then told me he would be there in 15 minutes. After waiting, I again demanded to speak to her boss. The boss then said he would not be able to come. He was rude and also refused to refund my package amount.

I had a gel soak-off, and wanted a new overlay (transparent). They couldn't even remove the previous colour completely, and it was EXTREMELY badly done, to the point:
1) A thick layer with a gap at the cuticle from nail growth.
2) They did not paint until the cuticle (I don't know why).
3) There was very visible nail growth from the previous manicure.
4) I had to tell the staff myself that it wasn't even dry…. How are the professionals not able to tell if it's dry or not themselves??
5) Overall, I would not recommend them at all unless you are coming in with regular nail polish or no nail polish at all.

Really impressed with their service. First time I've had a manicurist proactively trim those hairs on the feet. I took up a package when they just opened, and I'm left with 1-2 sessions of treatment, but they are not pushy about signing up for more packages.

I have mixed reviews for this place, mainly because they don't value time. I always book an appointment beforehand, but every time I go, I have to wait for 20-25 minutes. The whole point of booking in advance is ruined if one has to wait like a walk-in. The service, I would say, is good, so you can definitely try, but keep extra time on hand.
