RUDE GUY. Sunbo should close down everywhere if this is how their staff is trained at every outlet. The guy who butchers the chicken is immoral. I asked for extra chicken and was charged $7.10. Okay. Where is the extra chicken? How is this the portion with the extra chicken I paid for? I double-checked and asked again, but he just said yes. Where is the HQ or customer service feedback to call about this? Horrible.

The Chinese guy who takes my order is very rude. I asked for chicken porridge to eat in, but he packed it. Even though it was his mistake, he didn't apologize. He shouldn't be working there with his awful attitude.
