The staff at work have a bad attitude. There are no procedures for handling things. If you want to pick up a package, you must leave it there. It's a waste of time. Basic courtesy is not respected!

"I would not recommend collecting Shopee parcels here. Just spend the extra money for home delivery. The staff here can't be bothered. I know it's not their main business, but I don't think they should be collecting commission from Shopee if they're not going to help."

"Do not collect Shopee parcels here. I honestly think they are trying to be as slow as possible so people will just leave. In five minutes, there's a queue of 10-20 people because of how purposely slow they are, which is frustrating. Staff will purposely slow down, pretending to do things for other people to avoid helping others."

A warning to all: Do not choose this as a service point for Shopee collection. The queue is very long (you must wait a long time). A queue this long makes it nonsensical to choose this location at all. Unless they have a separate counter for delivery collection, I won't consider using this location again.
