Ordered chicken chop rice for takeaway. Waited for 45 minutes only to be told that chicken chop had run out. Please don't take orders if you cannot fulfill them.

Food Quality: Ordered Pork Cutlet Fried Rice. - The rice and pork cutlet are way too oily. - The pork cutlet was not tender and hard to cut. The kitchen area is not clean at all, with wet flooring.

Fried rice is done right with wok hei, and the seasoning is right on. The pork cutlet is spot on, so tender one could cut it with a spoon. The prices are good. One would rather order here than go to a coffee shop stall.

Hi, my fried rice tastes spoiled. The prawns are mushy, and the rice has a fishy taste. It’s really bad, and I have never had such bad fried rice from this chain before. Something is definitely wrong.

I don't appreciate being misled. I bought the kampung fried rice that cost $2 more, expecting a different taste from the egg fried rice. But it was exactly the same. The only difference is that it comes with ikan bilis, chili padi, and cabbage.

Here's the edited review: So far, one of the best and wallet-friendly Egg Fried Rice around. Plain, Tom Yum, or Mala flavors are also good. My suggestion is to just stick to the Pork Chop; skip the chicken chop, crab meat, and ebiko. Luncheon meat is definitely a no-no. You can also opt for the top-up of a sunny-side-up egg and a drink. Service-wise, there's definitely room for improvement. I recently used a complimentary sunny-side-up add-on, but it wasn't served, even though it wasn't very crowded. They have a numbering call system, but the staff prefers to shout out the numbers; I'm unsure why.

Fried rice is fluffy but not great in taste, lacking wokhey. Chicken chop is better than Pork chop. Expensive. It's extremely difficult to eat with the small plates. Unhelpful staff.

Great service! Good food! Thank you!

Way too oily. Witnessed how the cutlet was not fully cooked when being cut and then thrown back into the deep fryer. It was then taken out again without draining the oil and placed on the fried rice. At least maintain some standards, especially since you've just opened at Canberra Plaza.

Food is delicious, but it can be very crowded during lunchtime. It's worth the money, but I hope they don't increase prices.
