Given the portion of their dry ban mian, it's not worth buying at all. Disappointed.

I asked if it was possible to put more cai por on my chee kueh, and the auntie said it was very salty and proceeded to put an even lesser portion than I usually get. She then asked if I wanted chilli, and I asked her if it could be put separately. She said no, so I declined. Her head turned away, and she said '讨厌' thinking I wouldn't hear it. Next, when she wanted to pack the ban mian and chee kueh together, she asked me again if I wanted chilli. She didn't mention it was the ban mian chilli, so I got confused and asked her, "Didn't you say you cannot pack the chilli separately?" Her face frowned, and she replied with an annoyed attitude. Seriously, this is not the first time I've encountered bad service from this shop at Canberra Plaza. Hope the management does something about it.

Very poor attitude. I ordered via GrabFood for takeaway. My request was to receive the standard portion of noodles, not an additional portion at extra cost. The server was unhappy when I double-confirmed my order. The previous customer also double-confirmed her order, and the server was unhappy with her as well. You can pull out the CCTV footage and see how she reacted when the other lady and I double-confirmed our orders, which we did due to poor past experiences. I wanted to order more, but I lost the mood to do so due to the server's attitude problem. I will not patronize this establishment again, really.

Had their Mee Hoon Kueh 面粉粿 today. Quite disappointed with the portion and the doneness of the noodles. It was pretty uncooked inside and didn't taste 'al dente', even if that was the intention. Nonetheless, I'm still happy we've got a go-to place for buns, dim sum, and Hong Kong delicacies here in Canberra Plaza. Quality of food has plenty of room to improve.

Only A THIRD of the bowl for chili pan mee, with NO EGG YOLK given! Quality of food in this store is abysmal.

This location offers items not usually found elsewhere. It's the only Nam Kee Pau I'm aware of that has ccf, shui kueh, etc. However, they were all a disappointment. While I can understand the need for innovation and adding extra items to their usual menu, they forgot to focus on quality. I would not recommend trying their other non-dim sum items.

Look at the first and second picture, and you'll see why I'm rating them 1 star.

During non-peak hours, they were literally only serving me, yet they gave me the wrong order. I asked for mee hoon kueh; I don’t like ban mian. It’s too far (and hot) for me to walk back to change. The noodles were also soggy, even though they were packed separately. Standard dropped :(

Here are a few options, keeping the changes minimal: **Option 1 (Splitting sentences for clarity):** "The aunty was very rude. The male cook was holding the dough after using his phone and without washing his hands. Pretty disgusting." **Option 2 (Using a comma with "and" for a compound sentence):** "The aunty was very rude, and the male cook was holding the dough after using his phone and without washing his hands. Pretty disgusting." **Option 3 (Slight rephrase of the second part, closer to original structure but clearer):** "The aunty was very rude, and the male cook was holding the dough without washing his hands after he used his phone. Pretty disgusting." --- **Recommendation:** I'd go with **Option 1** as it breaks down the information into clearer, more digestible sentences, addressing the slight run-on feel of the original, while still being very close to the original wording and sentiment.
