Good place for grocery shopping.

I was annoyed by the same salesperson every time I pay through the self-checkout counters around 2-2:30 PM due to their Trust Card inquiries. I politely rejected the first few times, but she just pushed further. I know she's just doing her job, but I found her very demanding when I told her, "I'm using my dad's NTUC app account, not mine," and she then replied, "You can create your own account." When I rejected her the third or fourth time, she still said, "But it's a great deal. Are you sure you don't want to?" Please do something about it, as it is ruining my experience and lowering my impression of this NTUC outlet.

I drop by at least once a week because their selection is decent, as most necessities are available. For the freshest veggies and fruit, go earlier in the day. The staff at the self-checkout counters are friendly and extremely helpful.

The place is small, and they don't have the things I want to buy.

FairPrice, FairPrice! You still really don't want to upgrade your bag? 5 cents for this quality is very expensive! Please upgrade to a better one.

The meat and vegetables I bought were not fresh at all, even though they were bought at the usual price.

If you’re looking for a wider range of products and brands, this NTUC FairPrice outlet might not be the best for you. Nonetheless, it provides sufficient, quality products for the neighbourhood in Canberra, including fresh vegetables, meat, frozen foods, seafood, and many more. They also have OCBC and DBS/POSB ATMs inside if you require simple banking facilities. A good point is that it’s on the same level as the car park, so after groceries, you can simply walk to your lot and load up your stuff.

I was served by Jessica Yip a few times before and found her to be curt and unfriendly. She always wore a scowl. There were no smiles, "please," or "thank you" from her when completing payment transactions, displaying a super terrible, even horrible, attitude. Seriously, NTUC should send her for retraining or place her at a non-frontline position instead of letting her ruin customers’ buying experience and mood at the Canberra outlet.

Nearby supermarket. Price-wise, so-so, but there's a wide range of products here.
