Here's an edited version with minimal changes: "Staff are very friendly and helpful. The service is fast and efficient. It is well-stocked and organized."

Small neighbourhood NTUC. Doesn't have much, but has all essential items.

It's convenient and mid-size. Great place to shop.

Small but nice. Can get most things here, but variety is more constrained.

It's a typical shopping site, but the size is a bit small.

If you’re looking for a wider range of products and brands, this NTUC FairPrice outlet might not be the best for you. Nonetheless, it provides sufficient quality products for the neighbourhood in Canberra, including fresh vegetables, meat, frozen foods, seafood, and more. They also have OCBC and DBS/POSB ATMs inside if you require simple banking facilities. A good point is that it’s on the same level as the car park, so after groceries, you can simply walk to your lot and load up your stuff.

The staff is so unfriendly, unhelpful, and unreasonable at the self-checkout counter! They refused to help and refused to let me go over to the cashier! They need to understand that not every customer is familiar with how their self-checkout system works!

Came across a staff member named Indrani on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 7:30 PM, who was very unfriendly and pulling a long face when we approached the self-checkout counter. The machine stopped halfway and prompted for assistance, and when I approached her, she came unwillingly to tap it to proceed. I asked if I should weigh the apples. She did not reply or acknowledge me at all but simply walked away and came back with the price sticker, which she handed over to me with a sullen expression. Come on, we don't want this kind of attitude. This is the first time I've encountered such a rude NTUC staff member!
