Here's the lightly edited review: "It's fully air-conditioned, and the place is clean. Prices are similar to other Starbucks stores. Staff is friendly and professional. I tried the coffee, and it tastes pretty good."

There was only 1 barista on duty, and I felt so sorry for them, so I waited patiently.

Thank you so much to the staff at Canberra who called me up and replaced my order with drinks because the food was sold out. The service is excellent.

Terrible service. They were open late, even though their website says they should open at 7:30 AM. They complained that I didn't order on their app, so they could not serve me. When they finally decided to serve me, they forgot to deduct the tumbler discount.
