Poor and rude staff. Ever heard of a Starbucks where you can reserve seats? Apparently, you can here. I was standing beside a couple leaving, and just as I was taking a seat, I was told by the staff to make way for another group who had apparently "reserved" seats.
Sure, she found other seats for me, so I proceeded to order at the counter. My partner then told her that those seats she found for us should be technically reserved for us, given her "concept" of hospitality.
After ordering, another group of customers took "our newly-found seats." So we approached the same staff, asking, "Didn't we reserve those seats?" She just blamed us for not sitting down.
This lack of consistency from the staff is utterly ridiculous. I've never heard of a Starbucks where seats can be reserved. Hope you can retrain your staff to be more competent.

Great place to hang out and relax on New Year's Eve. Thanks to the hospitality of Veron, Amirul, and Dhyree. You all made our day!

I don’t usually review Starbucks because they’re pretty standard everywhere, but this particular Starbucks went beyond my expectations. As soon as my husband and I walked up to order, the barista had a warm, welcoming presence. She quickly informed us of a current Starbucks promotion (most baristas don’t bother). She also gave me the last CNY gift card from the sample stand. Shout out to Siti H—she was really sweet and accommodating the entire time.
The Starbucks itself is situated next to the Canberra Plaza entrance and conveniently adjacent to the Canberra MRT station. The cafe is nice and cozy.

The first time I've ever heard that the pastries and other items are not to be sold today. They are for tomorrow's sale. This offers zero value for customers who take the time to come to your store.

I like the quietness here. The shop is following social distancing measures, so you can only be seated after you are checked in and have completed your order.

Messy queue. We have a bigger group which requires all of us to queue together to the order counter to be seated. While other outlets allow us to get seats first after checking our TraceTogether before we start to queue for the drinks and food. Super inflexible.

Hubby and I had our hot cappuccino in paper cups instead of mugs, even though we dined in. Disappointed ☹️

I'm writing to commend a Starbucks service provider. I was at the store on November 15th between 9 and 10 PM with my family. I could not help but notice a pest control technician, who appeared to be in his early 30s with fair skin, helping out the staff there clearing the tables as the store was closing. He greeted us with a smile and helped me out clearing my mug and plate as the store was closing. This is a rare sight, as he extended his service helping the store employees even though he had his own tasks to do. With this kind of service from a provider like him, I bet this store is well taken care of. He made my day!

This outlet is smaller and less crowded compared to the others. I got my drinks quite fast 🙏🏻

The server laughed at my preference for how I like my coffee served. I just wanted her to add two ice cubes, as the coffee was too hot for me. I felt disrespected. I believe every guest’s preferences are different, and all should be respected.
