My son has been enrolled in 3 subjects at your school since last year, but this year I had no choice but to withdraw him from English Tuition as I have problems trying to slot him in on other dates when there is a need for a replacement class. Your school is not flexible for replacement lessons. I just want to highlight that I personally do not want my son to attend replacement lessons unless absolutely necessary. Your school's teachers can only offer replacement classes on certain days, and these must be within the same week. On other days, my son has other Tuition or enrichment classes, so please advise me how to arrange a replacement lesson. Please don't tell me to take online lessons, as my son cannot concentrate in front of a PC. I do not want my son to just go to class and learn nothing. Recently, my son was sick, and there were no other dates available for a replacement lesson, so I requested a refund (this request is still pending). This week, the teacher was sick, and we were not able to slot in any date either (we are also waiting for refund approval). I hope your school can allow replacement dates within a month, so that parents can have more dates to choose from. Thank you for your understanding.
