Went to the Canberra Plaza branch last Friday, May 9th, in the early afternoon and was served by Jason (based in the Sengkang branch). I sought some consultations from him regarding my hair, as I wanted to straighten it, but not too much. After some deliberation, I decided to go for a keratin treatment. I must say, I was very impressed with the outcome; my hair is so soft and not too wavy, which is exactly what I wanted. I had a few questions regarding maintenance and how to make it last, and he was able to answer my queries confidently. Kudos to him for the great service, and I will definitely come back again and am willing to travel all the way to Sengkang for his service. Thanks, Jason!

First time here for just a haircut (wash and blow dry included) to try their service. It was a very comfortable experience. My hair wasn't in the best condition, but Johnny didn't comment much, which I appreciated. There was no upselling and minimal small talk; he just focused on the haircut. He was also mindful of not cutting it too short. I would definitely revisit for a treatment soon! Thank you!
