First time visiting this salon, I was assigned to Elin. She chose a hair design and colour for me, which left me feeling very confident afterwards. She is both patient and friendly and will tend to my hair needs carefully. I highly recommend her. Words can't explain how professional she was. I will always come back to this salon just to look for her.

I had always been skeptical about changing hairstylists, but I decided to try Xtreme Professional Hair Studio at Canberra Plaza. I would give a 5-star rating! I was assisted by Elin Lee, and she was very professional in explaining my hair texture and the type of hairstyle that would best suit me. Besides this, she also explained and demonstrated the type of styling for different looks. I was very impressed with her skills at the end of my haircut. The services were 5-star too. I enjoyed the massage chair while having my hair washed, and the hot towel wrapped around the back of my neck at the end. The whole process was really enjoyable and relaxing. I would recommend anyone to have their haircut at this studio and to look for Elin for their hair services!

I went to the Canberra Plaza branch last Friday, May 9th, in the early afternoon and was served by Jason (based in Sengkang branch). I sought some consultation from him regarding my hair, as I wanted to straighten it but not too straight. After some deliberation, I decided to go for a keratin treatment. I must say I was very impressed with the outcome; my hair is soft and not too wavy, which is exactly what I'd been wanting. I had a few questions regarding maintenance and how to keep it long-lasting, and he was able to answer my queries with confidence. Kudos to him for the great service! I will definitely come back again and am willing to travel all the way to Sengkang for his service. Thanks, Jason.
