From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Winston took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered expert advice to ensure my haircut and style suited me perfectly.
The results were even better than I imagined! The attention to detail, precision, and creativity were outstanding. Not only did my hair look incredible, but it also felt healthy and well taken care of.
The salon itself was clean, stylish, and had a great atmosphere. The entire experience was relaxing and professional. Winston is truly talented, and I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future hair needs.

I went to the Canberra Plaza branch last Friday, May 9th, in the early afternoon and was served by Jason (based in Sengkang branch). I sought some consultation from him regarding my hair, as I wanted to straighten it but not too straight. After some deliberation, I decided to go for a keratin treatment. I must say I was very impressed with the outcome; my hair is soft and not too wavy, which is exactly what I'd been wanting. I had a few questions regarding maintenance and how to keep it long-lasting, and he was able to answer my queries with confidence. Kudos to him for the great service! I will definitely come back again and am willing to travel all the way to Sengkang for his service. Thanks, Jason.

I had always been skeptical about changing hairstylists, but I decided to try Xtreme Professional Hair Studio at Canberra Plaza. I would give a 5-star rating! I was assisted by Elin Lee, and she was very professional in explaining my hair texture and the type of hairstyle that would best suit me. Besides this, she also explained and demonstrated the type of styling for different looks. I was very impressed with her skills at the end of my haircut. The services were 5-star too. I enjoyed the massage chair while having my hair washed, and the hot towel wrapped around the back of my neck at the end. The whole process was really enjoyable and relaxing. I would recommend anyone to have their haircut at this studio and to look for Elin for their hair services!

Second time at the salon, attended by Johnny, who’s super patient and attentive. He's not pushy at all and makes you feel very comfortable. Happy with the haircut and coloring he did for me :)
