The worst teh peng I have ever drunk. It's literally diluted with no tea smell. The staff were chatting with a non-customer about some jewelry and let those in the queue wait. The tables were also dirty. There were three people working, or should I say, just chatting away.

I approached one of the staff to kindly ask them to clean a dirty table. She pointed somewhere above her head and said it wasn't her job. The other three staff members turned to look at me, then turned back and continued with their tasks. I then asked the cashier if I needed to ask every staff member who could clear the table, but she ignored my question as well. I suggest placing a feedback QR code so customers can share their experiences more easily.

There's a younger lady from Malaysia who works as a cashier. She has a serious attitude problem. She makes a very unpleasant face just for doing her simple job. And when I complained about the taste and quality of the coffee, which was indeed lacking, she looked as if she wanted to fight and didn't acknowledge that a customer was even talking to her. This is consistent with other reviews about her.

Poor customer service. The eggs were cold, and the coffee was also cold. The staff didn't seem interested in working, more interested in using their phones. They had a bad attitude towards customers and made faces that I thought were unprofessional. This is just one of many outlets in Singapore, but it's one of the worst.

The staff didn’t ask how many were in my party and split my table. They weren't polite or respectful, and there were plenty of empty tables! The coffee was diluted, and the sandwich was terrible; the toast was like a biscuit 🍪. I remember the prawn noodles were on the Yakun menu last time, but they're not there anymore.

Well, I've been to this outlet many times because I live nearby. There's an auntie who makes coffee there, and from day one, she keeps staring at me like she's not happy. What's worse, she makes the worst coffee. Ya Kun coffee is expensive, but at least it should have a standard. The moment I see the auntie making coffee, I will never buy it again!

How is it acceptable for your female cashier, whose primary responsibility is to take customer orders, to wear an earpiece while working? (I ordered “Set F”, but she gave me “Set A”.)

"I'm usually a fan of Ya Kun, but this outlet disappoints me so much. The cashier, a young Malaysian lady with brown hair, was incredibly rude. I was standing in front of her, and she was just using her phone despite seeing me. After I told her my order, she didn't acknowledge it and proceeded to payment. She didn't ask about the payment method either and seemed to assume it was paywave. There was no "thank you," or any other words from her. Did Ya Kun hire someone who's mute?"
