As its name suggests, this drink featured a generous amount of red bean and strong black tea, complemented by a hint of milk. Red bean and azuki lovers would absolutely love this. However, we felt that the components were quite separated.

Slightly crispy on the outside and delightfully fluffy and soft, the Yi Fang Pancakes come in the shape of mini bubble teas. The batter was very fragrant and exhibited a strong egg flavour. The taro filling was generous and had a prominent taro flavour. This would be lovely as an afternoon tea snack and paired with Yi Fangโs teas.

Got their new pancakes to try! Super cute and adorable. Made to order. They are sold in sets of 2 pieces. The taro filling was very little, and I couldn't taste much of a difference. Get the original instead. Really, really sweet, though, so best to have with a strong tea!

Surprisingly, its floor area is quite spacious and has a row of 'unique' seating areas for 'drinking'. Otherwise, I think the tea is quite normal, the same as many other bubble tea places. However, given only two choices in this areaโi.e., Koi at the MRT side and this at the mall itselfโthere aren't really many other choices.
Prices are a bit on the high side and seem to have increased again, as the website is showing different (lower) prices. Maybe they forgot to update their website, or they have literally just increased prices.

Here's the edited review:
"Tried the black tea with unsweetened soya milk. It is healthy for those cutting down on sugar.
There is a dining area which is pleasant and cooling. Will come back and try other tea choices."

Went to this outlet a few weeks ago. I love their monthly special, especially since they use real fruits. Their egg pancake is also so cute, especially as it's in a BBT shape!
The atmosphere is good, cozy, and suitable for bringing a friend to chit-chat or for a solo visit.

Very nice drinks, friendly staff, and efficient service! The little cozy corner at the side is really nice for chilling.
I would recommend getting their seasonal special, coconut latte with purple rice and red beans.

Clean-cut options, with a variety available for either black tea or fruit tea. The Signature YiFang Fruit Tea with apple and orange was refreshing. We had 25% sugar since it was our first time, and drinking it, we got some pleasant sourness from the fruit itself (like ๐). The Luye Ginger Tea is nicely made, with a touch of ginger mixed with black (or was it red) tea. Both cups are equally good.

Great selection of drinks, and I love that they use natural ingredients. Friendly staff, and I would definitely frequent it.

The Pomelo Mango Sago is the best drink they have on any given day. It's bliss even on a bad day!
