Working Hours:

8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

8.30am – 12.30pm (Alternate Sat)

Location: Senoko Avenue (Pickup available from Sembawang MRT upon commencement of work)

Job Description

• Contact customer to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes / gas water heater or appliances.
• Handle customers’ enquiries on appointments, installation charges and other gas installation related matter.
• Follow up on customer’s enquiries from emails.
• Send SMS/emails to customers on their appointment schedules.
• Promote gas appliances / collaborations with other business partners to potential customers.
• Liaise with term contractor/SP Services on any services lapse.
• Feedback on any difficult/special cases.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
