Location: Sembawang

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary: SGD 2,800 – 4,500

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Management Executive to oversee purchasing, warehousing, and logistics operations while ensuring efficient processes and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise, and manage purchasing, warehousing, and transportation functions
Lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely customer deliveries
Oversee MRP fulfilment, stock replenishment, procurement, and order management
Manage supplier contracts and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs
Supervise third-party logistics providers and warehouse operations
Handle customer audits and resolve logistics or purchasing-related complaints
Coordinate logistics equipment maintenance and facility improvements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency

Requirements

Degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Materials Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/logistics within a manufacturing environment
At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of ISO9000, IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards is an advantage
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., MCframe) and Kaizen practices is a plus
Experience managing and auditing third-party logistics providers preferred
Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Independent, reliable team player with good communication and interpersonal abilities
