Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Monthly Accounting report and assist in preparation for external accountant.
2. In charge all payment include handling petty cash and prepare all payment vouchers
3. Do Monthly Bank reconciliation for all bank Accounts.
4. To ensure proper filing and keeping of all accounts related documents for Audit purpose and in accordance to IRAS keeping period requirement (currently is 5 years).
5. Prepare quarterly GST report filing as when required.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
7. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
8. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and tax filings.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional certification.
• Preferably 3-5year of relevant work experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word),
• Experience in Autocount accounting system preferred
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry.
• Able to work independently.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines.
