Account Executive

Job Description

• Prepare Bank Reconciliations
• Payment and billing processing
• Administration of contracts database and project cost tracking
• Preparation of monthly report and ensure timely closing of accounts
• Handle full set of accounts and management reports
• Assist with Quarterly GST reporting and other IRAS submission.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretaries, and government authorities
• Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Processes and Procedures
• Handle other ad hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in related field.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & any accounting software
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines.
• Resourceful, adaptable, well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail.
