Construction company Accounts

• Managed Payable and receivable account
• Managed Cash Flow for each company ( 2 companies)
• Full set of basic accounting, including Profit And Loss Statement Balance Sheet
• Payroll (MYOB )
• Prepare of monthly CPF schedules
• Resolved customer account discrepancies
• Reconciled various expenditure reports to source documents.
• Reviewed procurement documents and invoices for accuracy
• Prepared routine entries and posted financial transactions.
• Reconciled entries and internal ledgers to financial system reports.
• Preparation of financial statements
• Carry out month end closing and assist in year-end audit. - Prepared Invoice and Delivery Order
• Handle petty cash, floats and expenses. - Continually meet and exceed the operational and administrative expectations of employers.
• Provide accurate administration of all paperwork generated at office level.
• Foregin workers salaries
• Candidates familar with construction company operation account are preferrable
