Responsibilities:

  • ​Reports to the Finance Manager 
  • Responsible for accounts receivable  
  • ​Assist on AR Customer Master Creation 
  • ​Handling petty cash 
  • Bank Reconciliation 
  • ​GST Form 5 Preparation 
  • ​Assist on month-end closing 
  • ​Participate in stock-take exercise & stock adjustment 
  • ​Participate in fixed assets sighting 
  • ​Cover for AP invoice matching, posting & payments 
  • ​Assist in costing exercise
