Job Description

Responsible for supporting more experienced Account Managers, Sales Managers in managing relationships with customers, handling sales-related tasks, tracking key customers and providing customer support.


Key Job Accountabilities

  • Act as primary interface with customers on day-to-day business issues, including; Production planning, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Information Systems and Customer Service on issue resolution.
  • Track and resolve customer documentation issues including; forecast, purchase orders, build instructions, etc.
  • Proactively work with customers on die attainment to forecast for mix management achieving highest possible revenue.
  • Interface with Demand Management on Forecast/Capacity analysis to manage weekly upside opportunities and downside highlights (Die attainment).
  • Maintain and report on key manufacturing metrics.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable in billing issues and collections on overdue invoices.
  • Interface with Sales Manager and TPM (Technical Program Managers) on account strategy.
  • Maintain data within SAP for customer forecasting including line item details, pricing and forecast device / global code creations.
  • Conduct quarterly business review with key targeted accounts.
  • Proactively manage Excess Material items.
  • Generate and update customer quotes/pricing in system.
  • Provide improvement plans on driving forecast accuracy.
  • Provide Waterfall Chart and WIP (Work in Progress) Tracking for Top Tier customer.
  • Monthly reviews reporting on Key metrics such as revenue performance vs. quarterly forecast, improvement plan, customer service indices, factory performance, quarterly business updates, etc.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Recognized Degree in Business / Engineering or equivalent or have worked in similar industry.
  • This is an entry or junior level role.
  • Open to candidates who are keen to be part of OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test) industry.
  • Inclination towards Sales, Planning or Customer Service.
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Good team player with proven references.
  • Excellent IT/Computer skills.
  • Excellent communication & follow-up skills.
