Accountant

• Responsible for the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and relevant legislative requirements.
• Prepare monthly management reports and detailed balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings to IRAS.
• Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and preparation of Statements of Accounts
• Support timely processing of payments and issuance of cheques.
• Monitor and follow up on customer billings and outstanding payments.
• Reconcile supplier Statements of Accounts to maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with auditors and external professionals as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
