Accountant

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the full spectrum of our accounting functions. This role requires a reliable and independent individual who is confident with QuickBooks, GST filing, and monthly financial reporting.

Responsibilities
• Maintain full set of accounts using QuickBooks
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with monthly ageing reports
• Handle quarterly GST reporting and claims
• Perform bank reconciliations and review financial data accuracy
• Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions
• Prepare supplier payments and verify supporting documents
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and statutory bodies
• Support ad-hoc financial and admin tasks as needed

Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of Singapore GST, CPF, and accounting practices
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
