Job Description

1. Handle GL and full set of accounts
2. Prepare and review of AR and AP transactions
3. Prepare cashflow forecast and budget
4. Assist in management reporting and analysis
5. Prepare Financial Statements
6. Handle Internal & External Audit
7. Handle Bank and Tax Matters
8. Improve systems, procedures and initiate corrective actions
9. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policy and principles
10. Cover cash transactions duties if needed
11. Assist with any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent
• At least 1-2 years experience in full sets is preferred
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player, meticulous, proactive, good attitude, responsible and able to work independently
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Willing to work at Yishun
