Accounts Assistant-Fresh Graduate Welcome

Accounts Related:

• Record Keeping:Enter financial data into accounting software, maintain digital and physical financial records, and organize financial documents and files.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:Process vendor invoices, issue customer invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely transactions.
• Reconciliations:Reconcile bank statements, account balances, and direct debits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting:Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
• Payment Processing:Process payments, including reimbursement forms and payroll processing, and manage petty cash.
• Administrative Support:Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phones, handling mail, and liaising with clients and vendors.

Key Requirements:

· Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, Fresh graduate welcome

· Knowledge of quickbooks accounting software will be an advantage.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

· Detail-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

· Fluent in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate.
