ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable

•Perform AP-related posting

•Process suppliers' invoices and employee's claim.

•Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in invoices and related documents.

•Process payments to suppliers by generating payment vouchers and online transactions.

2. Accounts Receivable

•Monitor incoming payments, record and reconcile accounts.

•Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices, and resolve any payment discrepancies.

3. Others

• Assist in other finance-related matters and ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Work Experience

Minimum O levels; candidates with 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Singaporean and PR only.

Required to work on every 1st of the month.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (2pm-8.30pm)

Sat 9-1pm
