Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Verify and process supplier invoices, including matching with Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO)
• Reconcile suppliers’ statements of accounts and prepare payment processing
• Issue customer invoices, credit notes, and statements of account (SOA)
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and payment status
• Update and monitor daily cash flow
• Assist with daily cash counting activities
• Perform any other finance- or job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma holder or Professional Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent
• Bank reconciliations, preferably with experience in handling high volume transactions from payment platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlook up and pivot table)
• At least 1 year of relevant Finance/Accounts experience
• An analytical mind
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Ability to stick to time constraints
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
• Immediate to short notice preferred
