Accounts Executive

Location: Yishun, Singapore

Job Type: Part - Time, 2-3 day work week.
Reports to: Finance Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily financial transactions and support our accounting operations. This role is key to keeping our financial processes accurate, up to date, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices and payments
• Reconcile bank statements
• Help prepare financial reports and monthly closings
• Support audits and ensure records are accurate
• Assist with budgets and tracking expenses

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Comfortable with accounting software
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Good organizational and communication skills
