Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable/Payable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of revenue, maintaining account reconciliations, and supporting financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate closing of revenue accounts.
• Record all revenues and receivables into the accounting system with proper supporting documents.
• Verify and substantiate revenue adjustments with appropriate documentation and approvals.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reconciliations.
• Follow up with stakeholders on outstanding payments and financial matters.
• Ensure all receipts are banked in and properly recorded.
• Assist with customer billing and inter-company transactions.
• Prepare audit schedules related to accounts receivable and payable.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable/payable roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.
