Job Scope

Accounts Payable

• Accounts Receivables

• Bank reconciliation with different payment methods: (Cash, Credit cards, Paynow, Paylah & vouchers)

• Sales reconciliation with different platforms (Atlas, Caterspot, catersmith & Foodline)

• Sales reconciliation with different POS (Qashier and Qclub)

• Daily petty cash records for Catering kitchen, Lau Pa Sat and Bakehouse

• Familiar with XERO Accounting system

• Ad-hoc assignments given by bosses

• Month end payroll of full-timers

• Weekly payouts for part-timers
