Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities

Accounts (Receivable Operations)

• Issue Credit Notes for goods returns.
• Post customer payments into accounting system (NAV).
• Handle cash sales collections.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances daily.
• Assist in customer credit control activities.

Reporting & Month-End Support

• Prepare Statements of Accounts and assist in sending to customers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR aging reports.
• Assist in collections forecasting.

Accounting & Finance Support

• Prepare journal entries (e.g. rebates, accruals, provisions).
• Assist in AR-related audit schedules.
• Support internal and external audit requests.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree student in Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields.
• Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and in a team
