ACMV Engineer / Technician / Supervisor

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, install, and maintain ACMV systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and mechanical ventilation units.
• Supervise site works and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for equipment and material submissions.
• Troubleshoot system faults and provide technical solutions for breakdowns and performance issues.
• Maintain documentation for variation orders, work certifications, and contract claims.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for ACMV systems including BMS integration.
