Handle day-to-day office administration and operations
Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and office correspondence
Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital records)
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage schedules
Handle office supplies purchasing and inventory control
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Support HR tasks (attendance, leave records, onboarding paperwork)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Accounts / Finance Duties
Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery orders, and receipts
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounts
Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
Follow up on outstanding payments and credit control
Assist in monthly financial reports and closing
Prepare documents for audit and tax submission
Liaise with auditors, accountants, and tax agents
