Job Description:

• To handle general administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, email correspondence, filing of documentation & data entry etc. Maintain proper records and archival, including digital storage.
• To provide administrative work support to Production.
• To handle customers Order Filing, enquiry for Supplier materials quotation, issue PO to Supplier/ Vendor, issue Invoice/DO to clients.
• Prepare periodic reports on the admin activities.
• Support stock take of fixed assets/raw materials and etc.
• Support in production process, may include testing.
• Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

• GCE ‘O’, GCE ‘A’ Level above
• At least 2 to 3 years’ related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proactive and flexible with a positive attitude
