✨ We’re Hiring: Admin cum Sales Coordinator ✨
📍 Location: Harvest@Woodlands
🕘 Working Hours: 9am – 6pm ( Flexible )
🗓️ Working Days: 5 days per week
💰 Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,500

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries about our services through various platforms (calls, WhatsApp, online portal, etc.)
Follow up closely with customers to close deals
Follow up on outstanding payments and issue reminders when necessary
Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations

Job Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, accurate, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
