Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office administration, filing, and data entry
Prepare basic letters, reports, and internal documents
Manage emails, calls, and general office communications
Maintain proper records for permits, licenses, and compliance documents
Assist with BCA & MOM administrative submissions
Maintain worker records, attendance, and training documentation
Coordinate with site staff, subcontractors, and external parties
Support audits, inspections, and general HR admin tasks
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
Basic experience in admin support (construction industry preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Work Environment
Office-based
Fast-paced construction support environment
