Dealing with customer through phone calls and emails
Manage e-commerce platform sales such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok etc...
Involving annual ISO renewal audit
Data analysis of retail outlets sales
Monitor central kitchen production
Planning and organizing of outlet process flow
Generate monthly sales report
Willing to work OT and handling high working pressure during Chinese New Year period
Data entry
Attend meeting whenever require
Other Ad-hoc
Able to speak Chinese
Working location Senoko Drive
Working 5.5days alternate on Sat
Annual 1month bonus
Annual medical claim up to $200
