ADMIN/ACCOUNT ASSISTANT IMMEDIATE HIRING

Roles & Responsibilities

Salary: SGD 2000 to SGD 3000

5 Days working (Monday to Friday)

Location: Seatrium Admiralty Yard / Woodlands Industrial Park E5

Job Description:

• Perform daily administrative duties including general filing, emails receiving and data entry
• To liaise with clients, staff, vendors etc
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Director and Managers
• Any other duties pertinent to the operations
• Prepare PO and invoice billing to the client
• Processing of employees’ timesheets for payroll processing
• To support HR, including maintaining of employee records
• Complete any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year working experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Pleasant, positive and with friendly disposition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, meticulous, well-organized and goal oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to work in high pressure and fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
• Familiar with online Gov agencies
• Preferably staying in Sembawang/Woodlands/Yishun
• immediate availability preferred
